State of digital accessibility
The website is partially compliant with the law of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities due to the incompatibilities or exclusions listed below. We plan to fix and complete the inaccessible elements and content by the end of 2024.

The request must include:

The request should be dealt with immediately, at the latest within 7 days. If it is not possible to provide accessibility or provide access in an alternative form within this period, it should be done at the latest within 2 months of the date of notification.

Architectural and informational accessibility
Muza Cinema, Święty Marcin 30, Poznań
Muza Cinema is located at 30 Święty Marcin Street in Poznań. The nearest operating public transport stop is Aleje Marcinkowskiego tram stop - tram lines 2, 3, 5, 9, 13, 15, 16, 19 and bus lines 201 and 202 are served.
The easiest way to get to the cinema at the moment is to drive to the junction of Święty Marcin and Piekary Street or Święty Marcin and Ratajczaka Street. There are several paid car parks in the area, including at Galeria MM, which has a lift and a ramp.
Access paths - the main entrance to the Muza cinema and Święty Marcin Street are linked by a walkway a few dozen metres long, marked on the street side with the neon sign KINO MUZA. Main hall and box office - The main hall connects all other areas of the Cinema. In the vestibule of the lobby, directly to the left of the main entrance, is the ticket office. Directly opposite the main entrance is the lift to the 1st floor. The entrance to the lift is on the right-hand side. To the left of the main lobby are the sofas, the cafeteria and the entrance to Room 1. To the right of the main lobby is a corridor leading to the toilets.
The hall on the 1st floor – the hallway connecting the lift, hall No. 2 and hall No. 3. Upon exiting the lift, hall No. 2 is located on the right. The way to hall No. 3 leads to the left from the lift, through the hallway connecting the two halls. Opposite the entrance to hall 3 is the entrance to the summer terrace. Along the hall there are café tables and chairs and armchairs.
Room 1 – located on the ground floor of the Muza Cinema. The room has 3 seats for wheelchair users, located in the middle in the last row, directly opposite the main entrance to the room.
Room 2 – is located on the first floor of the Muza cinema, accessible via the lift in the main lobby or the stairs (left annexe). The auditorium has 2 seats for wheelchair users in the first row.
Room 3 – is located on the first floor of the Muza cinema, accessible by lift in the main lobby or by stairs (left annexe). The hall has 2 seats for wheelchair users in the first row.
An induction loop for the hard of hearing is available at the Muza Cinema box office and in auditorium 1. To use the induction loop, communicate this to the person at the box office and switch your hearing aid to the 'T' coil programme.
A tablet is also available at the checkout to connect with a Polish Sign Language interpreter. To use an interpreter, please request one at the ticket office. You may be accompanied by an assistance dog within the facility.
At Kino Muza, the AudioMovie app is available in all auditoriums - it allows the film to be received with the help of an audio description. AudioMovie is an application for phones that plays and synchronises additional soundtracks with the film.
Building of Estrada Poznańska, ul. Masztalarska 8, Poznań
The Scena na Piętrze and the Oko/Ucho Gallery, as well as the artists' dressing rooms, are accessible from the 1st floor of the building with no lift or wheelchair ramp available.
There is no designated space in the auditorium for wheelchair audiences. The venue lacks Braille signage and facilities for the Deaf and hard of hearing.
Offices located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of the building are accessible from the stairwell. Entrance to the building from the street is difficult due to a high threshold. There is no lift or ramp access in the building. The building does not have wheelchair accessible toilets.
Within the site, the fully accessible area for wheelchair users is the inner courtyard, which is accessed through a wide gate. The entire courtyard area is covered by a flat and paved surface. There is one disabled parking space adjacent to the building. It is possible to move around the facility accompanied by an assistance dog.
As accessibility is not ensured in the Estrada Poznańska building, it is possible to meet staff in the accessible spaces of Kino Muza.
