This privacy policy describes how we process information about you, including personal data and cookies, or "cookies".
1. General information
1. This policy applies to the Website, operating at url: https://britishfilmfestival.pl.
2. The operator of the service and the administrator of the personal data is: Director of Estrada Poznańska with its registered office in Poznań (61-767), at ul. Masztalarska 8, a municipal cultural institution entered in the Register of Cultural Institutions kept by the Poznań City Hall under no. RIK-VII.

4. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data with regard to the data you voluntarily provide on the Website.
5. The Service uses personal data for the following purposes:
- Running a newsletter
- Handling of enquiries via the form
- Provision of the services requested
- Presentation of an offer or information
6. The Service performs functions to obtain information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:
- Through the data voluntarily entered in the forms, which are entered into the Operator's systems.
- By storing cookies (so-called "cookies") on end devices.
2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator
1. The login and personal data entry sites are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that the personal and login data entered on the site are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.
2. User passwords are not stored in the database explicitly or encrypted in a reversible manner. User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hash function operates in a one-way fashion. This protects the data in case the database is stolen from the server.
3. The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
4. In order to protect the data, the Operator makes regular backups.
5. The operator uses organisational measures to ensure the highest possible level of protection and confidentiality (training, internal rules, password policies, etc.).
6. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components.
3. Hosting
1. The service is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the operator: Nazwa.pl spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Kraków (KRS: 0000594747), 2 Pana Tadeusza Street, 30-727 Kraków.
4. Your rights and additional information on how your data will be used
1. The processing of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016. (Official Journal of the EU.L No.119), hereinafter referred to as RODO, taking into account the provisions of the Act on the provision of services by electronic means and other generally applicable legal regulations.
2. In order to fulfil its obligations under data protection legislation and to ensure real data protection, the Operator has appointed a Data Protection Officer.

4. In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with you or for the fulfilment of obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients:
- hosting company on a delegated basis
- postal operators
- law firms and debt collectors
- payment operators
- public authorities
- authorised employees and associates who use the data in order to fulfil the purpose of the website
- companies providing marketing services to the Administrator
5. Your personal data processed by the Administrator for no longer than is necessary for the performance of the related activities defined by separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). With regard to marketing data, data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
6. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
- access to personal data concerning you,
- their rectification,
- deletions,
- limitation of processing,
- and data portability.

9. The Administrator's actions may be complained about to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
10. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Service.
11. No automated decision-making, including profiling, will be undertaken in relation to you.
12. Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of data protection legislation. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.
5. Information on the forms
1. The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data where provided.
2. The service can save information about the connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
3. The website may, in some cases, store information to help link the data in the form to the e-mail address of the user completing the form. In this case, the user's e-mail address appears inside the url of the page containing the form.
4. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g. to process a service request or sales contact, registration of services, etc. In each case, the context and description of the form clearly informs what it is used for.
6. System logs
1. User behaviour information on the website may be subject to logging. This data is used for the administration of the website.
7. Relevant marketing techniques
1. The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The operator does not transmit personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's terminal device. With regard to the information on user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit the information resulting from cookies using the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.
2. The operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology ensures that Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA) knows that a person registered with it is using the Website. The Operator does not transmit any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's terminal device.

Pursuant to Article 13(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as RODO, we hereby inform you that:

3. Your personal data are processed on the basis of your freely given consent, i.e. Article 6(1)(a) RODO.
4. The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to receive the newsletter, failure to provide personal data prevents you from receiving the newsletter.
5. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. The withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.
6. You have the right of access to the personal data provided, the right to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data if you consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the RODO.
7. Your personal data will not be transferred to recipients in countries outside the European Economic Area.
8. The personal data collected from customers will be made available to the following data recipient: FreshMail spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Kraków, Al. 29 Listopada 155c, which is related to the service of sending messages to recipients.
